Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Siliguri. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and motivating a sales team, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key clients. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, analyzing sales data, and submitting regular sales reports to the senior management.

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales data
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
