As a leader within the commercial food equipment services industry, we are seeking a committed and energetic Sales Manager to lead our small and dedicated team. The SM is responsible and accountable for overseeing all performance and performance-related operations, team member recruiting and development while simultaneously maintaining excellence with existing client services and aggressively prospecting new client opportunities.

Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and drive sales growth while Identifying and qualifying potential clients, leads, and referrals. Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations
-Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage your CRM pipeline to develop all customer information.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the market and achieve sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to close deals
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales, Looking for highly experienced sales hunters (not an account management role)
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred, Valid driver's license with 2+ years outside B2B sales experience
Strong understanding of lead generation and customer service principles
Ability to self manage a territory effectively and drive sales within the assigned market
Prospect new client accounts in assigned territory by cold calling and former client development
- Develop and Manage current client accounts and relationships
- Follow through on the entire sales cycle
- Work cross-functionally with the team to meet expectations
- Quote jobs and create bids
- Recruiting, Hiring of new Team Members as required
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Visit client job sites
- Coordinate with clients to ensure all are fully satisfied with their service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms and use of functionalities required
The successful candidate will be a self-starter and possess excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal. Has experience in outside B2B sales and is able to learn and follow new processes, as well as develop new client opportunities.
