Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. Other day-to-day tasks include leading and motivating the sales team, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the company's sales efforts.
Qualifications
- Experienced in Sales Operations, Sales Strategies, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficient in Team Leadership and Motivation
- Skilled in Sales Data Analysis and Trend Identification
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in the infrastructure industry is a plus
