Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. Duties
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
- Oversee B2B sales efforts, focusing on building strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their skills in technical sales and account management.
- Analyze sales data to inform decision-making and improve overall performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, management, or a related field.
- Strong background in B2B sales, particularly within technology sectors.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking performance.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and account management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics effectively.
