Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, and technology sales, along with proven management experience. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively develop and implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, and foster a high-performance culture within the team.

Duties

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
  • Oversee B2B sales efforts, focusing on building strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their skills in technical sales and account management.
  • Analyze sales data to inform decision-making and improve overall performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, management, or a related field.
  • Strong background in B2B sales, particularly within technology sectors.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking performance.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and account management.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Projected Total Compensation: $50, $130,000.00 per year
