Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and creating sales reports. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior sales staff and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
- Strong business development, relationship management, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate detailed reports
- Familiarity with market research and target market analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in the merchandising or printing industry is a plus
