About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-value property sales, team leadership, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Generate qualified leads from various channels and convert them into sales closures

• Audit and verify sales leads daily to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Maintain and update lead management sheets with proper classification (K1, K2, K3, etc.).

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company services/products.

* Follow up on leads generated through marketing and inquiries.

* Explain company offerings, answer client queries, and provide accurate information

* Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements in alignment with company policies

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive strategy

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management review


Key Skills & Competencies:

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Strong persuasive and closing ability

* Leadership and team management skills

* Understanding of high-end real estate customer profiles

* CRM tools proficiency (preferred)
