Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Manager - Real Estate, located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage client relationships, develop innovative sales strategies, and achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities, leading a sales team, negotiating property deals, and maintaining in-depth market knowledge to provide guidance to clients. This role involves extensive interaction with developers, clients, and other stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Must have experience in Thane Market in sales
- Sales and Business Development skills, including creating strategies to meet sales targets and identifying new growth opportunities
- Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills for building trust and closing deals effectively
- Team Leadership, mentoring, and the ability to motivate a sales team to deliver results
- Market Research and Analytical skills to understand trends and advise clients accurately
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate platforms is advantageous
- Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
