Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will also be involved in training and mentoring sales staff, conducting market research, and providing regular sales reports to management. Additionally, the role includes identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
