We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the Canteen Stores Department (CSD), Central Police Canteen (CPC), and Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar (KPKB) sectors. This role involves identifying opportunities, building relationships, and hitting sales targets in these specialized markets..
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
Identify and pursue sales opportunities in CSD, CPC, and KPKB..
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with our team to tailor product offerings.
Stay updated on market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
EDUCATION
Minimum Education :- Graduate in any discipline
Technical Education :- Bachelor in related field
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Experience CSD, CPC, KPKB :- 10 years
Minimum Experience (Total) :- 12 years
BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Experience in sales, especially in government or defense sectors.
Familiarity with the procurement processes of CSD, CPC, and KPKB
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel and do field work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
