Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead and guide our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, team management, and strategic planning. Youll be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Set sales goals, forecast revenue, and report performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of individual team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment in achieving company goals.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and results.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role (3+ years).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
