Location: Sarah Jones Ford – St. Ignace, MI
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)

Sarah Jones Ford is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving dealership growth and profitability. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a passion for automotive sales, team development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to maximize performance and professional growth.
  • Set clear sales goals and monitor individual and team performance.
  • Oversee customer experience to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., service, finance, inventory) to streamline operations and enhance sales opportunities.
  • Manage pricing strategies and inventory levels to align with market demand and dealership goals.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to inform strategic decisions and improve outcomes.
