Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Rewari. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives, developing and managing sales strategies, and meeting business targets. The role includes building and maintaining relationships with clients, overseeing the sales process, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also be involved in training and mentoring the sales team to ensure they achieve their full potential.
Qualifications
- Sales management experience, including team leadership and strategy development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in retail lending
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in training and mentoring sales teams is beneficial
