Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a sales team, setting sales goals, creating sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, building and maintaining client relationships, following up with potential leads, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities. The Sales Manager will also work closely with the marketing and client servicing teams to promote and execute sales initiatives.

  • Strong skills in Relationship Management and Client Servicing
  • Effective Team Building and Leadership abilities
  • Excellent Follow-up and Networking skills
  • Strong analytical skills to understand market trends
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
