Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing client relationships. The day-to-day tasks include setting sales targets, monitoring sales performance, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, setting sales targets, and developing sales strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer relationship management and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
