Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and creating sales reports. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in managing a sales team
  • Ability to analyze sales data and create reports
  • Technical knowledge of solar racking systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region
