Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets. Daily tasks include managing a sales team, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, forecasting sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and managing sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and forecasting sales performance
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
