The Sales Manager
will play a critical role in developing and strengthening relationships between assigned brands and the CVS Team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing distribution, developing/executing promotional plans, and overseeing brand investment funds.

This role is designed for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving excellence in sales management and customer satisfaction.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Morrisville, PA. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales efforts, developing and executing sales strategies, and building relationships with clients and partners. The role includes overseeing sales operations, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and ensuring sales targets are met. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to enhance sales performance and drive revenue growth.

Work Environment

Availability to work full-time for a minimum of 3 days/week in the Cumberland, RI Office, with remote work making up the remainder of the 5-day work week. In addition, you will need to be flexible to travel to company, brand partner, customer and/or vendor locations, which can be up to 50% of the time in any given month.

JOB RESULTS & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The Sales Manager is responsible for account management functions including but not limited to:

Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the brands represented and CVS
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and CVS stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities, resolve issues, and negotiate win/win outcomes

Strategic Planning:

  • Create joint business plans with brand partners (strategy, funding, forecasting).
  • Collaborate on brand strategy (profitability, channel priority, pricing, portfolio optimization).
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and use this knowledge to help drive business results.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Communicate and interpret business results (sales, inventory, promotional plans, etc.).
  • Synthesize insights from data to shape distribution recommendations and outcomes.
  • Create and lead business reviews with retail stakeholders and brand partners.

Promotional Planning:

  • Develop and execute promotional plans to drive sales and brand visibility.
  • Oversee brand investment funds to ensure effective allocation and ROI.

Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience
