Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships , and ensuring targets are met. Daily tasks include market research, customer outreach, sales presentations, and contract negotiations. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for mentoring the sales team to achieve their full potential.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in Market Research, Sales Strategy Development, and Customer Outreach
  • Proven leadership abilities in managing and mentoring sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a must
