Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share for bicycles.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key institutional clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and product positioning .
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team; set objectives and conduct performance reviews.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management .
- Coordinate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction .
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities.
- Handle key account negotiations and resolve major client issues effectively .
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) .
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales leadership experience in the bicycle or related consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of bicycle products and market trends .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
