Job Title: Manager Sales

Position Overview:
We are looking for passionate sales professionals who will be responsible for sourcing new clients and closing sales deals for our residential and commercial properties. The selected candidates will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
1. For Assistant Manager/Sales Executive:
- Source new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential clients.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
2. For Manager/Senior Manager:
- Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics.
- Mentor and train junior sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.

- Manager: Proven track record of meeting sales targets, strong leadership skills, and experience in managing a sales team.
- Senior Manager: Extensive experience in sales management, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the real estate sector. Ability to drive large-scale sales initiatives and manage high-stakes client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred for Senior Manager).
- Minimum (2 years) of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance.
