We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team for optimum performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular sales reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Handle negotiations, close deals, and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth workflow.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and sales strategies.
- Result-oriented with excellent decision-making skills.
