Job description & requirements

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team for optimum performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Handle negotiations, close deals, and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth workflow.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and achieve targets.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools and sales strategies.
  • Result-oriented with excellent decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹144, ₹216,000.00 per year
