Job Title: Sales Manager - Retention & Growth
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

About the Role:
Vitel Global Communications is looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager with a strong focus on customer retention and growth. The ideal candidate will lead sales efforts, manage client relationships, and implement retention strategies to reduce churn and drive long-term customer value in the VoIP/telecom space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales of VoIP solutions and manage end-to-end sales cycles
- Develop strategies to reduce churn and boost customer loyalty
- Lead a sales team and align with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and conduct regular account reviews
- Analyze sales and retention metrics using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Engage clients through meetings, demos, and product education sessions
Requirements:
- 7+ years in B2B IT/Telecom sales with proven retention/account management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience with CRM platforms and international client handling
- Bachelors degree (Masters preferred)
