Job Title: Sales Manager - Retention & Growth

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad

About the Role:

Vitel Global Communications is looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager with a strong focus on customer retention and growth. The ideal candidate will lead sales efforts, manage client relationships, and implement retention strategies to reduce churn and drive long-term customer value in the VoIP/telecom space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales of VoIP solutions and manage end-to-end sales cycles
  • Develop strategies to reduce churn and boost customer loyalty
  • Lead a sales team and align with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and conduct regular account reviews
  • Analyze sales and retention metrics using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Engage clients through meetings, demos, and product education sessions

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in B2B IT/Telecom sales with proven retention/account management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Experience with CRM platforms and international client handling
  • Bachelors degree (Masters preferred)
