Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, leading a team of sales executives, driving property sales initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and generating leads. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining client relations and overseeing the completion of sales transactions.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Experience in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Sales Strategy Development
- Team Leadership and Coordination skills
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
