Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager, located on-site in Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and meeting sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management and developing sales strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and prepare sales reports
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the hygiene or cosmetic industry is advantageous
