Role Summary
- Recruit insurance agents from the open market
- Sell FGII Health Insurance products through the agency model
- Train and develop agents to achieve sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
- Report to CDM (Team Lead) or Branch Manager
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in insurance sales
- Preferred background: Agency sales experience
- Preferred industries: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, NBFCs
- Age: Below 32 years
Salary Range
Up to
4.25 LPA
