Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales activities, managing and mentoring the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Key tasks include identifying market opportunities, establishing client relationships, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to align sales goals with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and managing a sales team
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Customer relationship management and client acquisition experience
- Data analysis, market research, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
