Job Description – Sales Manager (Credit Card)
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly & quarterly credit card acquisition targets.
- Drive sales through branch channel and DSA partners.
- Track daily sales productivity and ensure high conversion rates.
2. DSA & Channel Management
- Manage active DSAs & onboard new channel partners.
- Train, guide & motivate DSA teams on product features, documentation & pitch.
- Conduct regular market visits for dealer/channel coordination.
3. Team Handling
- Lead a team of Sales Executives/Officers.
- Allocate daily targets, monitor performance & provide coaching.
- Conduct weekly reviews, training and motivate team for high performance.
4. Branch Coordination
- Work closely with branch staff to source leads, support walk-in customers, and pitch products.
- Build strong relationships with branch managers and staff.
5. Customer Management
- Handle customer queries, eligibility checks & documentation.
- Ensure high-quality customer onboarding & adherence to compliance norms.
6. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain MIS reports on sales numbers, lead conversion & team performance.
- Ensure adherence to bank policy, KYC standards & audit norms.
Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of team handling experience (mandatory)
- Strong experience with DSA-based credit card sales
- Good knowledge of banking sales, KYC & compliance
- Excellent negotiation, communication & relationship-building skills
- Experience in branch channel sales is a strong advantage
