We are a growing pump manufacturing company specializing in ISO 2858 pumps, ANSI B73.1 pumps, slurry pumps, dewatering pumps, vacuum-assisted priming systems, and customized engineered pumping solutions. With a strong presence in sectors such as wastewater, mining, power, process industries, and construction, we focus on cost-competitive pricing, high efficiency, and premium quality. As we expand into international markets, we are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to accelerate our global reach.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and strategic Marketing Manager who understands the industrial engineering landscape and can effectively promote premium-quality pumps in both domestic and export markets. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep interest in technical marketing.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals for domestic and overseas markets.
  • Build strong brand positioning for our pump range across wastewater, mining, process, and construction industries.
Digital Marketing
  • Manage SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and industry-specific lead-generation platforms.
  • Oversee website content updates, product landing pages, and technical blogs.
  • Create digital brochures, product videos, and technical explainer content.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
  • Conduct market studies on pump demand, competitor offerings, and pricing trends.
  • Identify new geographies, distributors, and OEM partnerships for business expansion.
Sales Support & Lead Generation
  • Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns.
  • Prepare strong technical presentations, catalogues, and sales kits.
  • Support tender submissions, project inquiries, and product positioning strategies.
International Marketing & Exhibitions
  • Plan and manage participation in global expos (water, mining, construction, oil & gas).
  • Build marketing material specifically tailored for Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, and US markets.
  • Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and consultants to enhance brand presence.
Branding & Communication
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all print and digital assets.
  • Manage PR activities, success stories, and customer testimonials.
  • Strengthen visibility on platforms like IndiaMART, Alibaba, LinkedIn, and industry journals.
Performance & Reporting
  • Track campaign ROI, website analytics, and lead conversion metrics.
  • Submit monthly reports with actionable insights and improvement plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B industrial marketing (pump/Valves/rotating equipment preferred).
  • Strong understanding of industrial equipment marketing, exports, and dealer networks.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to convert technical information into clear marketing content.
  • Strong leadership, creativity, and project management abilities.
