Sales Training Program Lead Description
Responsibilities - Sales Enablement & Training: Design and
implement a global, data-driven training program, including
onboarding, covering CRM tools, product knowledge, market insights,
and sales techniques. - Coaching & Development: Create coaching
frameworks to support sales leaders in building high-performing
teams. - Content & Knowledge Management: Develop tailored
training materials and ensure easy access to up-to-date content
across the sales organization. - Training Delivery: Conduct
engaging, needs-based training sessions using adaptive delivery
methods. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales leadership
and key stakeholders to align training with local and global needs.
- Performance & Governance: Define KPIs, run annual skills
assessments, and ensure consistent training quality and
participation. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in chemicals or
minerals distribution. - Strong interpersonal, presentation, and
facilitation skills. - Proven ability to build trust and influence
across sales teams and customers. - Fluent in English; German,
French, Spanish, or other languages are a plus. - Solid
understanding of sales KPIs and methodologies. - Skilled in
PowerPoint and Salesforce; experience with e-learning and training
delivery is a plus. - Strong program management skills and
cross-functional collaboration. - Willingness to travel
