Responsibilities :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored Salesforce solutions.
Design and deliver comprehensive Salesforce solutions leveraging multiple Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize Salesforce configurations.
Implement and customize Salesforce features using advanced configuration, nice to have Salesforce custom code, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.
Manage integrations with other systems and technologies, ensuring seamless deployment and testing of Salesforce applications.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technology strategies.
Articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Provide excellent client-facing services with direct onsite experience.
Experience :
Minimum of 7 years of experience with Salesforce, with at least 4 years as a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant.
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative configuration, advanced configuration and nice to have Salesforce custom code.
Knowledge of Agile principles and experience with integration tools like MuleSoft. Familiarity with Salesforce security models.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect) are preferred.
Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams. Excellent time management skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
