Lead SAP Transformation as a Senior SAP Principal Consultant - Architect, Deliver, Grow.

NRI is a leading consultancy delivering innovative digital solutions, spanning strategy, consulting, infrastructure, and managed IT services.

We are seeking 2 x Senior SAP Principal Consultants to join our growing SAP practice, ideally based in Sydney or Perth. This role is perfect for an experienced Solution or Enterprise Architect with expertise in SAP BTP or Finance. You will play a critical role in leading SAP transformations, driving presales, and overseeing end-to-end delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End SAP Leadership: Lead SAP transformations, managing everything from presales and solution design to project delivery.
• Solution Architecting: Develop SAP BTP or Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and NRI’s growth objectives.
• Presales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide presales expertise, contribute to proposal development, and secure new business.
• Strategic Business Planning: Drive the development of business plans and strategic direction for SAP initiatives, ensuring market demands are met.
• Client and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage key escalations, and ensure delivery excellence.
• Mentorship & Capability Development: Mentor junior consultants and lead internal capability development initiatives, including Communities of Practice.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in Solution/Enterprise Architecture, ideally within SAP BTP or Finance.
• At least 10 years of consulting experience, with demonstrated success in presales, solution architecture, and project delivery.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of leading sales opportunities and managing key accounts.
• Experience in developing strategic business plans and delivering high-quality SAP solutions.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and coaching.
