Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual segment financials and required supporting documentation. Manage the processing of journal entries related to segment-specific revenue. Ensure journal entries are accurately prepared, reviewed, and posted in accordance with internal policies and procedures. Support technical accounting analysis and interpretation of complex issues. Establish and maintain strong internal controls to ensure reporting accuracy. Perform financial close activities and enable timely and accurate completion of close-related tasks. Manage the team's compliance with US GAAP and company policies and procedures. Manage internal and external audit support, including preparation of audit documentation in response to auditor inquiries. Implement recommendations and mitigation plans in response to audit findings and outcomes. Collaborate with region-specific Commercial Finance counterparts and understand how and when accounting policies apply to the Business. Facilitate interactions and collaboration between Commercial Finance and the Technical Accounting team. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Certified Public Accountant designation is preferred. Minimum 4 years' accounting experience (public company and/or public accounting experience preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), along with a solid understanding of accounting principles, concepts, and practices. Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, creative problem solve and contribute efficiently and optimally in a fast-paced team environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Organized and detail oriented. Strong problem-solving skills. Experience with SAP and/or Blackline is preferred.
