Senior Accounts & Admin Executive
Location: Gurgaon Experience: 2-4 years (preferred)
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager - Accounts to manage our daily financial and administrative operations. The role will involve handling accounts receivable, invoicing, vendor payments, payroll, and office administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client invoicing and subscription renewals using Zoho Books
- Ensure the timely collection of payments and manage outstanding dues
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS
- Oversee vendor payments
- Handle salary processing, reimbursements, and investment proofs using KEKA
- Manage statutory dues (TDS, ESIC, PF, GST) and petty cash
- Coordinate travel bookings, visa arrangements, and company event planning
- Oversee office maintenance and support basic video editing for client needs
- Draft and maintain legal documents, SLAs, and agreements
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with any HRMS portal (Zoho, Keka) and Excel
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance
- Strong communication and coordination skills
