In this role, you will: Process onboarding of ARF policies from internal and external sources. Handle ARF policy servicing, including top-ups, switches, incomes, and partial encashments. Ensure tasks are completed efficiently to meet customer expectations. Collaborate with Client Services, Commercial, and Payroll teams to deliver a flawless experience. Handle customer queries efficiently, both in writing and over the phone, especially during payroll timelines. What will make you stand out? Someone with strong pension expertise, particularly with ARF products, legislation, and taxation rules. Organised and detail-focused, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and handle queries with confidence. We are looking for someone with a proactive approach, who takes ownership of tasks to ensure quality outcomes. Familiarity with systems like BLISS, L400, Compass, 3R, or Megapay is a bonus. High level of communication skills and a collaborative approach will ensure success. Essential Qualifications QFA and/or RPA More about the team: Retirement processing plays a key role in supporting customers through their retirement journey, from pre-retirement to post-retirement. We help deliver a flawless, outstanding service to meet the growing needs of this important customer segment. This is a hybrid role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin.
