Position: Senior Art Director
Exp Required: 4 – 6 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead visual conceptualization and execution of campaigns across mediums (digital, social, print, OOH, film).
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure cohesive storytelling and design integrity.
- Translate client briefs into compelling visual narratives aligned with brand strategy.
- Mentor junior designers and oversee quality control on creative deliverables.
- Collaborate with photographers, illustrators, animators, and production partners as needed.
- Stay on top of design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Present and defend creative concepts internally and to clients with clarity and confidence.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in a creative/design role within an agency or brand.
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns with original art direction and high visual standards.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or motion tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking and client objectives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in FMCG, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
- Knowledge of photography, film direction, or animation.
- Exposure to UI/UX or product design.
