Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales leader ready to take on the exciting challenge of establishing and expanding a new market? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at building high-value relationships? If so, we’re looking for you!

As Senior B2B Sales & Client Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving Unobravo’s expansion in Spain, leading our corporate sales efforts, and building long-term strategic partnerships with our B2B clients. You’ll work closely with internal teams to execute a high-impact commercial strategy that ensures profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in Spain.
  • Lead the sales process for medium-large corporate prospects, ensuring a high-quality and compelling sales proposition.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary representative and driving strategic initiatives for retention and growth.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, collaborating with the Sales Development team to implement effective commercial strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (clinical, legal, marketing, product) to align on business goals and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, including GDPR and company policies.
  • Analyze sales metrics to inform decisions, and deliver regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights at the national level.
  • Drive the local rollout of Unobravo’s new B2B value proposition in alignment with leadership, acting as a cultural ambassador.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 8+ years of experience in senior sales and strategic partnerships, preferably in the tech industry related to HR services.
  • Proven ability to structure and negotiate complex deals, aligning multiple business units.
  • Strong experience in consultative selling and managing B2B enterprise clients.
  • Deep understanding of sales metrics, leveraging data to optimize strategies.
  • Excellent executive presence and influencing skills with senior leaders.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to work independently with ownership and accountability, while collaborating effectively in teams.
  • A passion for wellbeing and corporate wellness is a plus.
  • Languages: native Spanish, fluent English, Italian is a plus.
