£70,000 - £75,000 + OTE

Our client, a leading player in the connectivity and telecoms sector, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead new logo acquisition and accelerate growth within the Mid-Market and Enterprise space .

This is a high-impact role for a consultative, results-oriented sales professional who thrives on creating new opportunities, opening doors, and building lasting customer relationships from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full new business sales cycle - from prospecting and qualifying to closing and onboarding new clients.
  • Drive new logo acquisition by identifying, engaging, and converting target organisations across key verticals.
  • Proactively generate pipeline through cold outreach, social selling, networking, and industry events.
  • Position tailored connectivity solutions that meet customers' strategic and operational needs.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans that drive revenue growth and expand brand presence nationally.
  • Build credibility at C-suite level , demonstrating commercial insight and solution expertise.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline management and deliver accurate forecasts via CRM.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to optimise sales strategies.

What You'll Bring

  • A proven track record in new logo acquisition within telecoms, connectivity, or technology sales.
  • Demonstrated success selling to mid-market or enterprise clients across the UK.
  • Exceptional hunter mentality - self-motivated, proactive, and resilient.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on hitting and exceeding new business KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence multiple stakeholders.
