Position Overview
The Senior Business Analyst supports the FP&A Transformation initiative by enhancing and automating financial planning and analysis processes. This role bridges Finance and Technology to ensure accurate, efficient, and insightful financial reporting and forecasting. Experience in Life & Annuity insurance or financial services is highly preferred.
Required Skills
- Education:
Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field (MBA or MS preferred). - Experience:
5–10+ years in FP&A or financial systems roles within Life & Annuity insurance, or financial services industries. - Skills:
Proficiency with tools like Hyperion, Anaplan, or Adaptive Insights; advanced Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical and communication skills.
