Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Chandler, AZ (Onsite 3 days/week)
Start Date: November 10, 2025
Duration: 3 Months (with potential extension)
Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to identify and implement process improvements, support key business strategies, and act as a bridge between business, client, and technical teams. This role involves working closely with SAP systems, driving change management, and ensuring project deliverables align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve business processes and workflows.
- Liaise between business units, clients, and IT for process alignment.
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specs.
- Manage change requests and testing through the full SDLC.
- Lead or support SAP-related projects, ensuring smooth implementation and integration.
- Mentor other BAs and collaborate cross-functionally on transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, change management, and project delivery.
- 7+ years with ERP systems (preferably SAP, two+ modules, implementations, or upgrades).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and AI-driven analytics or automation.
- Experience applying AI tools to enhance reporting and decision-making.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Visio, SharePoint, and project management tools a plus.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM AZT
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite at HQ)
