Are you an experienced cloud security professional ready to take on a senior role in safeguarding a global organization from cyber threats? Join the Allianz Cyber Defense Center as a Senior Cloud Attack Surface Management Analyst and play a crucial role in securing our AWS and Azure environments. In this senior-level role, you will lead in identifying, assessing, and remediating security findings while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our cloud security posture. As a Senior Cloud Attack Surface Management Analyst, you will work closely with the cloud attack surface management engineer, the cloud platform team, and application teams to improve the generation and resolution of security findings.
What You Do
- Monitor and assess the security posture of AWS and Azure environments, identifying vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and compliance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remediate findings, ensuring security best practices are implemented to harden cloud environments.
- Analyze security alerts from posture management tools, prioritize issues, and ensure effective resolution.
- Document and track remediation efforts, continuously improving cloud security.
- Develop and maintain cloud security guardrails, policies, and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with cloud security regulations and promote security best practices organization-wide.
- Stay informed of cloud security trends, threats, and emerging technologies.
- Proactively suggest security enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform in managing security within a multi-cloud environment.
- Knowledge of cloud security principles, best practices, and tools like Prisma, Wiz, or CrowdStrike CSPM.
- Understanding of network security, IAM, and encryption technologies.
- Experience in security operations (CSIRT, CERT) and incident response related to cloud security.
- Familiarity with SOAR technologies and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, CISSP, or CCSP.
