Senior Construction Manager – Lead a $1bn+ Portfolio of Projects
Design and Build is proud to exclusively partner with a national organisation to source an respected Senior Construction Manager. This is a unique opportunity to take the lead in delivering a $1bn+ portfolio of commercial construction projects across the inner south east suburbs.
About Our Client:
With operations spanning NSW, QLD, VIC, and WA, our client is a trusted name in the industry, delivering a diverse range of projects across both private and public sectors. Known for their innovation, commitment to excellence, and people-first culture, they are seeking a seasoned professional to join their leadership team.
The Role:
As Senior Construction Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of a multi site project portfolio, each valued between totalling $1bn+ . Reporting to the state leadership team, you will ensure these projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities include:

Driving the delivery of a $1bn+ portfolio, managing programmes, costs, and outcomes.
Providing strategic leadership and direction across multiple projects.
Managing key stakeholder relationships with both private and public sector clients.
Mentoring and developing junior team members to strengthen organisational capability.

About You:
You are a proven leader with local experience managing large-scale, complex portfolios within Tier 1 or leading Tier 2 construction organisations. Your background spans diverse sectors, including commercial, residential, institutional, and government projects.

A track record of delivering multi-million-dollar projects successfully.
