SEEKING : Senior Consultant/Lead SAP HCM
We are looking for a Senior Consultant/Lead SAP HCM
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :
► Act as the primary interface between business units / business country leads and IT for SAP HCM-related system demands
► Manage incoming requests for SAP HCM enhancements and projects
► Manage incoming project requests across countries and customers
► Align and plan demand with SAP HCM team
► Facilitate change board meetings and maintain a demand backlog
► Monitor demand lifecycle and ensure timely delivery
Project Lead:
► Prepare and (partially) lead SAP HCM-related projects, including upgrades, rollouts, and integrations.
► Define project effort and timelines in collaboration with SAP HCM team and with stakeholders.
► Manage project resources, budgets, and risks.
► Report project status to stakeholders
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :
● Strong understanding of HR processes and HR-requirements.
● Experience in demand management and project management
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
NICE TO HAVE :
● First experience in SAP HCM (PY, PA, OM) implementations or integrations
LANGUAGE :
● English- (Fluent in English - C1)
