We're looking for a Content Strategist & Growth Marketer who blends creativity with data-driven strategy — someone who can think like a storyteller, plan like a marketer, and execute like a growth hacker.
Role Overview:
You'll lead the content and marketing strategy for DCS and its client brands — building organic and paid funnels that drive visibility, engagement, and conversions. You'll work closely with the brand, design, and production teams to translate brand visions into scroll-stopping, conversion-focused campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute content strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, blogs, websites, etc.) to build brand visibility and engagement.
• Create and manage organic and paid marketing campaigns that align with client goals.
• Craft data-driven content calendars, performance reports, and marketing funnels.
• Lead SEO-driven growth through keyword research, link building, and content optimization.
• Design and execute email and retention marketing workflows.
• Develop pitch decks and client presentations that communicate brand vision and performance.
• Work alongside creative and video teams to ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
• Analyze metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate directly with founders, marketing heads, and clients to scale their brand narratives.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in content marketing, growth, or brand strategy.
• Proven experience in scaling engagement and revenue through content.
• Hands-on expertise with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console).
• Strong understanding of organic + paid marketing ecosystems.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for long and short-form content.
• Strategic mindset with creative flair — able to turn brand vision into story-driven marketing.
• Experience managing teams or freelancers is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience in visual or creative agency environments.
