About Us
Blank Media is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. We work with brands across fashion, luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, real estate, and e-commerce. We are looking for an experienced Content Strategist who understands brand communication, consumer behavior, and digital-first content planning.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content strategies across social media, websites, campaigns, and brand communication. This role requires strong storytelling skills, a deep understanding of digital trends, and the ability to create content that drives engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop content strategies for multiple brands across industries.
- Plan monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
- Write, edit, and optimize content for social media, websites, ads, emailers, and blogs.
- Work closely with designers and the social media team to execute content plans.
- Conduct research to understand audience behavior, brand tone, and industry trends.
- Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights.
- Maintain brand consistency across all content formats.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas.
- Review and improve internal content processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, English, Journalism, or relevant field.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in content strategy, content writing, or social media.
- Strong command of English (writing, editing, conceptualization).
- Understanding of social media platforms, formats, and algorithms.
- Ability to create structured content calendars and campaign plans.
- Familiar with using AI tools for research, content drafting, optimization, and ideation.
- Experience working in an agency environment is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
