Our client is an innovative company that's building advanced mobility and energy systems, committed to delivering sustainable and efficient engineering solutions. They are expanding their product development team and are looking for a Sr. Electrical Engineer to play a key role in shaping next-generation propulsion systems. This is a full-time opportunity offering hands-on involvement with complex electrical system design and opportunities to work on cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Owning design, simulation, and testing of next-generation, high-voltage systems
- Creating detailed schematics and documentation
- Working in a lab environment, providing hands-on support in the development and building of prototypes
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Mechanical Engineering
- Mentoring more junior Electrical Engineers
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related engineering field
- 5+ years of professional electrical engineering experience in a product development environment
- Experience designing, developing, and manufacturing custom components for HV (high-voltage) systems that utilize batteries, motors, and/or related components
- Experience conducting simulations and 3D modeling
- Familiarity with ISO 26262, UL Standards, and/or MIL specifications
