Senior Finance Executive – Remote
Job Summary:
A fast-growing D2C e-commerce startup is seeking a Senior Finance Executive to support key financial operations including reporting, compliance, and fund management. This role is ideal for a finance professional looking to grow in a high-performance environment and work closely with senior leadership on core financial initiatives.

Location: Remote, India
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, monthly MIS reports, and investor updates.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants for internal and statutory audits.
- Monitor cash flow, fund allocation, and working capital requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for procurement, inventory, and vendor payment cycles.
Role Requirements:
- CA Inter/CA with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a startup, e-commerce, or consumer brand environment.
- Solid understanding of financial processes, tax compliance, and reporting standards.
- Hands-on experience with accounting tools (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks) and spreadsheets.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setup.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
