Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will support the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Development Activity (USAMMDA) at Ft. Detrick, MD. USAMMDA develops critical medical products to preserve and protect the lives of warfighters. Responsibilities Support all aspects of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) system, including Program Objective Memorandum (POM) builds, fiscal year spend plans, execution reviews, and budget submissions.
Utilize General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) for purchase requisitions, monthly financial reports, and cost estimates in POM development.
Leverage SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) tools (Webi, Crystal Reports, Lumira) to create custom reports, dashboards, and financial data visualizations.
Provide financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making and senior leadership briefings. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of finance experience, preferably with DoD.
Strong skills in GFEBS, PPBE, POM, and SAP BOBJ.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
