Role Overview:
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer & Visualizer who can bring ideas to life through exceptional design thinking, visual storytelling, and brand consistency. You will play a key role in conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns, brand identities, digital content, and marketing collaterals that resonate with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Creative Conceptualization: Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts across platforms – digital, print, social, video thumbnails, and brand campaigns.
- Design Execution: Create high-quality graphics including brand identities, key visuals, social media creatives, presentations, websites, packaging, and motion storyboards.
- Visualization & Art Direction: Provide visual direction and mockups for client presentations, moodboards, and creative pitches.
- Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, UI/UX designers, and video editors to ensure cohesive campaign rollouts.
- Mentoring: Guide and review work of junior designers and freelancers to maintain design quality.
- Trend Sensitivity: Stay updated with global design trends, tools, and best practices in branding, social content, and storytelling.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand systems
- Experience with social media design, presentation decks, and OOH/BTL creatives
- Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Solid portfolio that reflects both strategic thinking and aesthetic finesse
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX or familiarity with tools like Figma or Sketch
- Motion graphics or animation understanding
- Photography, illustration, or 3D rendering exposure
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in a creative agency or design-led organization
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
