The Role
L:A BRUKET is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative studio full-time. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a wide range of creative projects, from digital and print design to packaging and retail branding. As part of a dynamic, small team, this position is perfect for a designer with a broad skill set who enjoys working across various aspects of brand development. Additionally, the Senior Graphic Designer will oversee the work of a Junior Graphic Designer, providing guidance and ensuring design consistency.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging visual assets for social media, digital ads, invitations, newsletters, and editorial materials.
- Design and execute marketing collateral, label and packaging layouts, POS graphics, and presentations.
- Assist in photographic and film production when needed.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the brand identity and ensure design consistency across platforms.
- Oversee and mentor a Junior Graphic Designer, providing feedback and direction on projects.
Requirements
- Highly proficient in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, with strong digital and print design skills.
- Organized, self-sufficient, and able to maintain high design standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and adapting to evolving project needs.
- Additional proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Bridge is beneficial.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
- A successful experience in the beauty industry.
- Fluency in English is required; Swedish language skills are a bonus.
