Key Skills Required:
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Proven experience in conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns across print and digital media.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design, including wireframes, prototypes, and user journey mapping.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design ideas effectively.
- Solid organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, for creating visually appealing presentations.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback.
Qualities:
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced team.
- Adaptability and willingness to incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work, including UI/UX design, marketing collateral, and campaign execution.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in an advertising agency or design studio.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how design translates into code.
- Knowledge of prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Educational Qualifications and background:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field from a reputed institution only.
- Proven experience in designing marketing campaigns and creating visually impactful collateral for global brands.
- Experience in UI/UX design and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is preferred.
- Should have worked for reputed tech brands and/ or at prominent digital / advertising agencies.
